We’re Claimant Medical Data Solutions (CMDS for short) and your law firm or insurance company hired us to obtain medical records.

If you’ve gotten a call or a text message from us, it’s because you have a case or claim underway with a law firm or insurer. They need your medical records to best help you with your case or claim – and it’s our job to get them!

We need to speak to you in order to understand who your treating medical providers are, so we can get the records from them. So if you get a call or a text, please respond!

There is no cost to your for our service, as the law firm or insurer you are working with is paying for the record retrievals.
